General provisions:

Registration on the site and user status:

• 1.2 При регистрации Пользователь соглашается с настоящими Правилами и принимает на себя указанные в них права и обязанности, связанные с использованием и функционированием Сайта.
• 1.3 При регистрации на Сайте Пользователь обязан предоставить необходимую, указанную в форме достоверную и актуальную информацию для формирования личной страницы Пользователя, включая уникальные для каждого e-mail, логин и пароль.
• 1.4 После успешной регистрации Пользователя на Сайте Администрация принимает на себя права и обязанности перед Пользователем, указанные в настоящих Правилах.

Права и обязанности пользователя:

• 2.1 Пользователь имеет право:
  • 2.2 Обращаться с жалобами к Компании в отношении Контента, размещенного на Сайте, функционирования Сайта.
  • 2.3 Пополнять личный кабинет Пользователя денежными средствами и распоряжаться ими на свое усмотрение.
  • 2.4 Совершать покупки контента, файлов, товаров, услуг.
  • 2.5 Требовать возмещение средств в случае, если оплаченная услуга не предоставленная.
  • 2.6 Пользоваться всеми доступными разделами и страницами сайта.
• 2.7 Пользователь обязан:
  • 2.8 Строго придерживаться правил сайта.
  • 2.9 Не предоставлять доступ другим Пользователям к собственному аккаунту на сайте или к отдельной содержащейся на ней информации в случае, если это может привести к убыткам компании.
  • 2.10 Обязуется заполнять все текстовые поля на сайте грамотно и согласно назначению (тематики).
